Destin and Miramar Beach are adjacent vacation destinations located on the Florida Panhandle between the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay. The city of Destin and the census-designated Miramar Beach each feature gorgeous white sand beaches and endless water-based recreation. These communities are a major hub of fishing and boating—in fact, Destin claims to have more fishing vessels than any other city in Florida.
